Karin Zulkarnaen is the Chief Customer & Marketing Officer of Prudential Indonesia. She was appointed as Director of the Company on 16 February 2023.

Before her current role, she held several key leadership positions, including Chief Strategy & Business Development at Prudential Indonesia and Chief Marketing Officer at PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia.

Karin holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Warwick. She also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
