Jaslyin Qiyu is the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Customer Experience for Singapore and Australia at Cigna Healthcare, where she leads brand strategy and customer experience initiatives across the region.
With over 20 years of experience spanning both B2B and B2C marketing, Jaslyin brings deep expertise across diverse industries. Her specializations include brand building, customer experience management, change management, MarTech and AI adoption strategy, content strategy, multi-channel performance marketing, and mobile engagement and optimization.
Prior to joining Cigna Healthcare, Jaslyin founded and led her own marketing consultancy, advising organizations on marketing transformation and growth. She has also held senior regional leadership roles across Asia Pacific with leading global organizations including Citibank, EY, JLL, Kantar, Credit Suisse, and State Street. Across these roles, she drove large-scale marketing transformation, developed go-to-market strategies, and built high-performing regional marketing teams from the ground up.
A strong advocate for ethical and inclusive marketing, Jaslyin holds a Master’s degree in Management from University College Dublin and was conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Marketing by Azteca University in recognition of her contributions to the industry.
