Dr. Angel Lo is a conference speaker, fireside chat moderator and panelist specializing in Customer Experience (CX), Digital Transformation, AI-enabled Engagement and Commercial Excellence across the Asia-Pacific region. She brings more than 15 years of regional leadership experience spanning MedTech, Biotech and High-Tech IT with deep expertise in omnichannel experience design, CRM/ERP modernization, commercial systems optimization and cross-functional transformation.
Angel frequently shares practical insights on AI-driven CX, data-informed decisioning and human-centered transformation at major industry conferences including DMA Digital Marketing Asia, CCW Customer Contact Week Asia and CX Asia’s Annual Customer Experience Week. She is recognized for her ability to connect strategy, technology and execution to deliver measurable commercial and customer outcomes in regulated and complex markets. Angel holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (Digital Transformation & Disruptive Technology), an MBA and global certifications including CCXP, PMP and PMI-ACP.
