He has built and scaled GTM and partnership engines at several of the category’s most recognised voice-AI, conversational-AI, and CX platform companies, taking businesses from seed through Series C and standing up international teams across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
As a consultant, he has worked with global Fortune 500 brands, large enterprises across APAC, and leading BPM/BPO organisations — transforming both their CX strategy and how it’s executed on the ground. Today, Nachiket leads Partnerships for APAC & EMEA at Kapture CX, where he helps banks, insurers, and enterprises re-architect customer experience around autonomous AI agents — and writes and speaks on the shift toward an “agentic operating system” for CX
