Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer for Prudential Vietnam Assurance (PVA), Yvonne has played a crucial role in shaping the company’s success. Throughout her career, Yvonne has held various critical positions, ranging from commercial banking sales management to operations management. Notably, she made history as the first Vietnamese female leader appointed as Chief Operating Officer and Global Business Risk Review Vice President, in addition to similar roles in Korea and Malaysia while working for the HSBC Group. During her recent employment, Yvonne has been driving significant transformations in customer experience and digitalization of insurance distribution in the life insurance sector, delivering positive outcomes for the organization and its clients.
