Uun Ainurrofiq is the Director of Government Affairs & Strategic Collaborations at Grab, Southeast Asia’s leading ride-hailing and delivery platform. In this role, he works closely with governments, partners, and investors to advance Grab’s mission of empowering millions of micro-entrepreneurs and platform users across the region.

Uun brings extensive international experience, having lived, studied, and worked in the United States, United Kingdom, and Southeast Asia. His expertise spans Public Policy, Corporate Strategy, Green Mobility, ESG, Technology for Good, and AI Innovation.

Beyond his professional responsibilities at Grab, Uun is deeply committed to community engagement. He actively volunteers as a guest lecturer at universities, mentors startups in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and supports digital literacy and youth empowerment initiatives. He has also served as a subject matter expert for various government ministries, as well as police and military academies, particularly in the areas of technology and artificial intelligence.
