His career encompasses a broad range of expertise, including Sales Management & Business Development, Branch Operations, Contact Center leadership, Project Management, and the execution of Transversal Programs. He also has a strong interest in leveraging Technology and Transformation initiatives to drive business growth.

Academically, Roy is a graduate of Gadjah Mada University and Prasetiya Mulya Business School. He has also earned professional certifications from the Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII), the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) in the UK, and AAMAI in Indonesia.
